Located in the Chicago suburbs, where cellular was invented, I am passionate about all things wireless. And I believe 3G opens the floodgates for an incredible wave of innovation among third party applications, but only if the Mobile Operators are willing to loosen their grip on the content that travels over their spectrum. It will happen, and the sooner the better.
The wireless industry is exciting because of its rapid growth, and yet no given company is assured of success. Strategy is key, and that’s what I’ve focused on for the past 8 years. I hope to engage others in discussions and debates about wireless strategy on this blog site.
